With the Sun now in Libra, it is time for our gracious beacon of light to commence a new cycle in the same sign, kicking off on Tuesday 6 October at 10.05pm AEDT. Recognised by its archetype of a peacemaker or diplomat, Libra is a zodiac sign known for balance. It is about being fair and adaptable, all while being graceful, charming and loving at the same time. But like a true see-saw, Libra is also challenged by indecisiveness and ‘on-the-fence’ thinking.

The kindness in the hearts of others. The clouds floating through the sky. The natural contours of your own face. The footsteps of others as they walk past you. How many things can you notice that have always been there, but you have never noticed before? I challenge you to find many.

But while doing so, also consider what aspects of your life need the balance to be restored. Have you been working too much at the expense of time with yourself or the ones that you love? Have you been overindulging at a detriment to your health? Have you been avoiding having honest conversations in fear of disagreement or disharmony? Have you been gullible, indecisive or changeable? Whatever areas of your life that are most imbalanced, use the celestial energy of this Libra new Moon to realign the see-saw to equilibrium and reap the benefits of doing so.
